WordPress 2.9.2 is available for download. If you provide User Registration on your blog then this update is must for you.
As per stated on wordpress site at http://wordpress.org/development/2010/02/wordpress-2-9-2/ ,
Thomas Mackenzie alerted us to a problem where logged in users can peek at trashed posts belonging to other authors. If you have untrusted users signed up on your blog and sensitive posts in the trash, you should upgrade to 2.9.2.

So, in case users can register on your blog then update it asap. Others also can update it.
